This should be quite a slam because it will be held close to St. Patrick’s Day which is steeped in Irish Tradition. We want to hear from all folks to share the traditions of their heritage.

We continued with the theme of closeness and Burton hit it out of the Ball Park with his story about his twin sister.  Burton will be back in November to compete in our Grand Slam Event.  If you want to participate and even tell a story, please come to our next event which will be held March 21 at 7:00pm.  The theme is “Tradition(s)”

Congratulations to Charles Kiernan for his winning story on “Closeness” Charles talked about closeness with his family and especially Thanksgiving. Charles is the President of the Lehigh Valley Storytelling Guild and a valued friend of our Story Slam.

Patricia Pasda walked into the story slam last night and won with a touching story of surprise that the whole audience enjoyed.  We will be asking Patricia to come to our Grand Slam Event next year and compete for the Grand Slam Trophy.
